Dr Marcin Górski
Barrister. Lecturer and associate professor in the Jean Monnet
Chair of European Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law
and Administration, University of Łódź.
In 2000-2001 studied law at the University of Nijmegen (NL)
under the Socrates/Erasmus Programme. Aprentice at Bird &
Bird (Brussels) and Ernst & Young (Warsaw). In 2002 -
lawyer at Ernst & Young Legal (Warsaw). In 2002-2003 verified
translations of the EC legislation into Polish for the Government.
In 2006 defended doctoral thesis and was granted the doctoral
title for the dissertation "Instruments of Commercial
Policy of the European Union". Published chapters and
articles on the EU/EC and the WTO law. Scholarships holder
from the Poland's Ministry for Science and from the Government
of Switzerland (research in Fribourg 2005-2006).
